I'm Kaylin. I'm a mom to two little girls, wife and business owne. I know how hard it is to juggle your family unit, take care of kids, work and still make time for you. Through 1:1 coaching, I will help you reach your goals, develop healthy habits and build a lifestyle you love!

- Initial 30 minute onboarding call where we review your custom plan, review questions, go over how to check in and make sure you are set up for success in week 1.
- Custom progress tracking shared spreadsheet to track your progress, biofeedback and reflect on each week.
- Weekly virtual checkins where I will do an in-depth review of your progress tracker, biofeedback, reflections, audit you My Fitness Pal diary entry and provide customized feedback, recommendations and make adjustments to your macros as needed.
- Direct access to me for questions and support along the way via direct message on Slack or email.
- Access to a private community with other members of The KF Method.
- Access to any group sessions while you are a 1:1 client.

Kaylin Fillippelli
Kaylin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She's been in fitness for the last 5 years with experience in creating bootcamp workouts and instructing spin. As a mom of two little ones, she has loved connecting with other busy women looking to find balance in their life. She created The KF Method to help you ditch the diet culture of restrictive eating and excessive workout schedules to help you fuel your life.
